With over 40 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Chef Mark brings expertise in both Asian and Western cuisines.

He has created numerous iconic Nestlé products that have driven business growth globally and across Asia-Pacific.

Before retiring in 2025, Chef Mark served as Senior Development Chef at Nestlé R&D Center, Singapore.

Dr Ang is a finance leader, educator, and entrepreneur whose career spans global investment banking, academia, and venture capital.

After nearly a decade advising billion-dollar deals in London and Hong Kong, he joined Singapore Management University in 2003, where he brought real-world finance and business expertise into the classroom. He became one of its most recognised faculty members and his accolades include the Commendation Medal from the President of Singapore.

Beyond teaching, Dr Ang invests in and mentors start-ups and SMEs, to help them grow their businesses, navigate leadership challenges and scale sustainably.
